A fitness or health assessment is made up of a series of scientific tests; questionnaires or measurements that help your trainer or Biokineticist determine your physical fitness level or your physical wellness and aids in developing your personalised program. The results can identify your strengths and weaknesses in relation to your physical fitness and health and help in setting attainable fitness goals.
A fitness or wellness assessment is a valuable tool used to establish baseline measurements and can be used to monitor your performance and assess your progress throughout your exercise training.
